H is for St. Helen, Herb Twopence Fairy, Honey, Horses, and Hair!
We actually started quasi-celebrating H week on February 24th during G week because of Nicholas' birthday. All the kids wanted me to make a Winnie the Pooh cake for Nick so we tried it. Maria made a homemade cake because I didn't have a box cake mix.:( They said it was pretty good...who knows? After dropping the girls off at choir practice, I made a mad dash to Lynn's Cake and Candy Supply Shop in Fridley to pick up pre-made icing. Here is the result:

The kids were so excited with the cake, and Nicholas loved it! Here's a little video of Nick eating his piece of birthday cake.

So it made sense to go the George Washington Exhibit at the History Center. It was very good!!
After the field trip and work Daddy and I went out for a little date night.
