Today I met a great gal who heads up a non-profit here in the Twin Cities. She is a Stay At Home Mom (SAHM) that left her job as a structural engineer with Target Co. to help change the local political scene. She manages to juggle it all...raise a family, build a business, and keep politically active. She will have a booth at tomorrow's Conservative Issues Fair in Bloomington. She ordered cookies from this SAHM in order to sell them at her booth. From one SAHM to another...we're not just sitting around baking cookies with our kids. We're baking cookies, starting small businesses, and raising families + changing the world one little thing at a time. I felt it was very appropriate that we met today on the feast day of St. Therese of Lisieux. Didn't she say to do little things with great love? That's exactly what we're doing. Stop by the fair tomorrow and pick up a cookie, all You Smart Cookies!
