What are you saying?
The other day as Gabe was eating a bowl of nuts he came to ask the following:
"Mommy, what are ROMANS?
"Romans are people who live in Rome. They were once an ancient civilization, very advanced, and contributed a lot to our present society."
"No, Mommy, what are OMENS?
"Omens are spirits...they can be good or bad."
"No, ALMONDS!"
"Oh, Almonds are nuts...a very long nut, Gabe!"
I think my brain is firing just a little too heavy on the homeschooling front in anticipation for starting school!
